Brief Description
1. Put lemon zest & juice, sugar and butter into a heatproof bowl. Sit over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir mixture until all butter is melted. 2. Lightly whisk all the eggs and stir into lemon mixture. Whisk until all combined then leave to cook for 10-13 mins, stirring occasionally. 3. Set aside to cool, then spoon into clean jars.
