Ingredients:

  1. 5 whole - Eggs Medium Separated
  2. 4 tablespoons - Coconut Flour
  3. 4 tablespoons - Sweetener
  4. 1 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  5. 1 cups - Butter Melted
  6. 2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  7. 3 tablespoons - Cream
  8. 1/4 cups - Cocoa Powder

Directions:

1. In a large bowl Whisk the egg whites until firm and form fluffy peaks.
2. Second bowl Mix the egg yolks, coconut flour, sweetener, and baking powder together.
3. Add the melted butter slowly, mixing to ensure it is a smooth consistency.
4. Add the milk and vanilla, mix well.
5. ** If you would like chocolate keto waffles, add the cocoa powder now.
6. Gently fold spoons of the whisked egg whites into the first bowl. Try to keep as much of the air and fluffiness as possible.
7. Place the waffle mixture into the warm waffle maker and cook until golden.
Note: If you have a regular waffle maker, this recipe will make 5 waffles. If you have a large waffle maker, you may only get 3 large waffles. Adjust the nutrition panel according to how many you made.
