Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Ground Beef or Pork Cooked & Crumbled
  2. 1 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  3. 4 cloves - Garlic Minced
  4. 3 1/2 cups - Chicken Stock
  5. 15 ounces - Tomato Sauce
  6. 15 ounces - Petite Diced Tomatoes Undrained
  7. 3 cups - Wide Egg Noodles Uncooked
  8. 3 tablespoons - Fresh Basil Chopped
  9. 3/4 cups - Ricotta Cheese
  10. 1 1/4 cups - Italian Cheese Blend Shredded
  11. 3 tablespoons - Grated Parmesan Cheese Divided
  12. 1 pounds - Ground Beef or Pork Cooked & Crumbled
  13. 1 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  14. 4 cloves - Garlic Minced

  16. 15 ounces - Tomato Sauce
  17. 15 ounces - Petite Diced Tomatoes Undrained
  18. 3 cups - Wide Egg Noodles Uncooked
  19. 3 tablespoons - Fresh Basil Chopped
  20. 3/4 cups - Ricotta Cheese
  21. 1 1/4 cups - Italian Cheese Blend Shredded
  22. 3 tablespoons - Grated Parmesan Cheese Divided

Directions:

Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute or until fragrant. Add broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and cooked ground meat; stir. Bring to a boil on medium high heat.

Add noodles; simmer on medium heat 10 minutes or until tender. Stir in 2 tablespoons of basil.

Mix ricotta, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and remaining basil until blended. Combine remaining shredded cheese and Parmesan together.

Top each serving of soup with 2 tablespoons of the ricotta mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese mixture.

Serve with garlic bread.
