Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - egg noodles, wide or medium
- 1 pounds - small curd cottage cheese
- 1 pounds - sour cream
- 1 sticks - butter
- 8 - eggs
- 1 cups - sugar
- 2 teaspoons - kosher salt
- 1 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Boil water for noodles.
2. Grease lasagna pan with cooking spray.
3. Cook noodles in large pot and drain; turn off burner.
4. Place pot back on burner; melt stick of butter, add to noodles, and stir to coat.
5. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, salt and combine. Add 8 eggs and mix all together.
6. Pour mixture into lasagna pan. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over top.
7. Bake for 1 hour or until edges and top noodles are lightly browned.
8. Serve hot or warm. Enjoy!
