The recipe does not double very well. Do Not, Do Not Stir!! Only shake the skillet back and forth to break down the oil and liquid.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 pounds - unsalted butter plus 2 tablespoons
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - minced garlic
- 1 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoons - fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoons - cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoons - black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons - dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoons - dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoons - dried oregano
- 1/2 cups - shrimp stock (or substitute chicken stock)
- 1/4 cups - beer at room temperature
- 1 pounds - raw shelled or unshelled shrimp
Directions:
Combine 1/4 pound butter with garlic, Worcestershire, lemon juice and herbs in a large skillet over high heat. When butter melts (be careful not to brown or burn), add shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter along with stock. Shake pan (Do Not Stir) for two minutes. Add beer and cook for one minute more.
Serve with lots of French bread for dipping.
