Key Lime Bars

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - Coconut Cookie Crumbs 17 cookies
  2. 3 tablespoons - Butter or margarine melted
  3. 1 packages - Cream Cheese 8oz, softened
  4. 1 cans - Sweetened Condensed Milk 14oz
  5. 1/4 cups - Key Lime Juice
  6. 1 tablespoons - Grated Lime Peel
  7. 1 1/2 cups - Coconut Cookie Crumbs 17 cookies
  8. 3 tablespoons - Butter or margarine melted
  9. 1 packages - Cream Cheese 8oz, softened
  10. 1 cans - Sweetened Condensed Milk 14oz
  11. 1/4 cups - Key Lime Juice
  12. 1 tablespoons - Grated Lime Peel

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x9 pan
Mix cookie crumbs and butter thoroughly with fork. Press evenly into pan. Refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Beat in lime juice and lime peel. Spread over layer in pan.
Bake about 35 minutes or until center is set. Cool 30 minutes. Cover loosely and refrigerate at least 3 hours until chilled. Garnish with lime pee;. Cut and serve.
