You can substitute soy sauce for Braggs Liquid Aminos if needed. This salad keeps well so you may want to make a double batch and eat it again the next day.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - Tahini
- 2 tablespoons - apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons - braggs liquid aminos For lower sodium use half Braggs/half water
- 1/4 cups - nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves - garlic
- 1 bunches - Kale (large bunch) in bite size pieces
- 2 - tomatoes cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoons - sesame seeds

Directions:
Remove stems, wash and dry kale, tear in bite size pieces and place in large bowl. Press garlic and combine with all other dressing ingredients in a small bowl; whisking together. Pour dressing ingredients over kale and massage into leaves with your hands till all pieces of kale are well coated. Refrigerate for an hour or so then top with tomatoes and sesame seeds to serve.
