Kale Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 bunches - Curly Kale chop and exclude stems
  2. 1/4 cups - lemon juice
  3. 1/4 cups - olive oil
  4. 2 cloves - garlic minced
  5. - shredded parmesan To taste
  6. - salt & pepper To taste
  7. - Red Chili Flakes To taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients into large bowl. Chop Kale so to leave behind stems. throw only Kale leaves into bowl and mix. Let salad marinate for 10 minutes before eating.
