Italian Wedding Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pounds - ground beef
  2. 1/2 pounds - ground pork
  3. 2 - eggs beaten
  4. 1/4 cups - Italian bread crumbs
  5. 1 teaspoons - garlic granulated
  6. 1/2 cups - Parmesan cheese grated
  7. 1 teaspoons - basil dried
  8. 3 tablespoons - onions minced
  9. 2 1/2 quarts - chicken broth
  10. 6 ounces - spinach frozen, chopped
  11. 1 cups - seashell pasta
  12. 3/4 cups - carrots diced

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine ground meats, egg, bread crumbs, garlic, cheese, garlic, basil and onion. Shape into 3/4" balls and set aside.
2. In a large stockpot heat chicken broth to boiling; stir in the spinach, pasta, carrot and meatballs. Return to boil, reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring frequently, at a slow boil for 10 minutes or until pasta and carrots are al dente and meatballs or no longer pink inside.
