Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups - Chicken Stock
  2. 1 cans - Tomato Paste
  3. 1 - Small Head Cabbage Shredded
  4. 4 - Celery Ribs Chopped
  5. 2 - Large Carrots Chopped
  6. 1 - Small Onion Chopped
  7. 1 cans - Great Northern Beans Rinsed and Drained
  8. 2 cloves - Garlic Minced
  9. 2 sprigs - Thyme
  10. 1 - Bay Leaf
  11. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  12. - Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  13. 4 cups - Chicken Stock
  14. 1 cans - Tomato Paste
  15. 1 - Small Head Cabbage Shredded
  16. 4 - Celery Ribs Chopped
  17. 2 - Large Carrots Chopped
  18. 1 - Small Onion Chopped
  19. 1 cans - Great Northern Beans Rinsed and Drained
  20. 2 cloves - Garlic Minced
  21. 2 sprigs - Thyme
  22. 1 - Bay Leaf
  23. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  24. - Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

In a slow cooker, whisk together stock and tomato paste. Stir in vegetables, beans, garlic and seasonings.

Cook, covered, on low until vegetables are tender, 6-8 hours.

Remove thyme sprigs and bay leaf. If desired, serve with cheese and crusty bread.
