Ingredients:

  1. 1 boxes - confectioners' sugar
  2. 1 sticks - Butter softened
  3. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  4. 1/4 cups - milk
  5. 7 ounces - Coconut toasted lightly
  6. 1 boxes - confectioners' sugar
  7. 1 sticks - Butter softened
  8. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  9. 1/4 cups - milk
  10. 7 ounces - Coconut toasted lightly

Directions:

To toast the coconut, put on a cookie sheet under the broiler. Watch carefully so it doesn't bur. Chop in a food processor to make the coconut fine.

Mix ingredients well. Form into balls. Roll in cinnamon.
