Instant Pot Taco Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  2. 2 pounds - Ground Beef
  3. 1 - Medium Onion Chopped
  4. 1 cans - Corn Drained
  5. 1 cans - Pinto Beans Drained & Rinsed
  6. 1 cans - Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  7. 2 cans - Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  8. 1 envelopes - Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix
  9. 2 envelopes - Taco Seasoning Mix
  10. 2 1/2 cups - Beef Stock
  11. - Sour Cream
  12. - Mexican Style Cheese Shredded
  13. - Frito Chips Original or Chili
  14. 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  15. 2 pounds - Ground Beef
  16. 1 - Medium Onion Chopped
  17. 1 cans - Corn Drained
  18. 1 cans - Pinto Beans Drained & Rinsed
  19. 1 cans - Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  20. 2 cans - Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  21. 1 envelopes - Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix
  22. 2 envelopes - Taco Seasoning Mix
  23. 2 1/2 cups - Beef Stock
  24. - Sour Cream
  25. - Mexican Style Cheese Shredded
  26. - Frito Chips Original or Chili

Directions:

Set the Instant Pot to "saute" and add olive oil. Once hot, add the ground beef and onions, cook until meat is browned. Turn off and drain meat.

Put the meat back into the pot. Add corn, beans, tomatoes, ranch seasoning, and taco seasoning. Add beef broth and stir.

Place the lid on pot and press the soup button. Set timer for 20 minutes.

Once the soup is done, turn valve to quick release.

Serve soup topped with shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, and Fritos.
