Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 2 pounds - Ground Beef
- 1 - Medium Onion Chopped
- 1 cans - Corn Drained
- 1 cans - Pinto Beans Drained & Rinsed
- 1 cans - Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
- 2 cans - Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
- 1 envelopes - Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 2 envelopes - Taco Seasoning Mix
- 2 1/2 cups - Beef Stock
- - Sour Cream
- - Mexican Style Cheese Shredded
- - Frito Chips Original or Chili
- 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 2 pounds - Ground Beef
- 1 - Medium Onion Chopped
- 1 cans - Corn Drained
- 1 cans - Pinto Beans Drained & Rinsed
- 1 cans - Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
- 2 cans - Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes

- 2 envelopes - Taco Seasoning Mix
- 2 1/2 cups - Beef Stock
- - Sour Cream
- - Mexican Style Cheese Shredded
- - Frito Chips Original or Chili
Directions:
Set the Instant Pot to "saute" and add olive oil. Once hot, add the ground beef and onions, cook until meat is browned. Turn off and drain meat.
Put the meat back into the pot. Add corn, beans, tomatoes, ranch seasoning, and taco seasoning. Add beef broth and stir.
Place the lid on pot and press the soup button. Set timer for 20 minutes.
Once the soup is done, turn valve to quick release.
Serve soup topped with shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, and Fritos.
