Ingredients:
- 2 - Carrots Diced
- 1 - Medium Onion Diced
- 5 ounces - Chorizo Sausage Cut into Chunks
- 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 2 cups - Vegetable Stock
- 3 cups - Water
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 tablespoons - Dried Thyme
- 3 - Handfuls Baby Spinach
- 9 ounces - Dried Tortellini
- 1 cups - Fresh Cream
- 2 - Carrots Diced
- 1 - Medium Onion Diced
- 5 ounces - Chorizo Sausage Cut into Chunks
- 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 2 cups - Vegetable Stock
- 3 cups - Water
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 tablespoons - Dried Thyme
- 3 - Handfuls Baby Spinach
- 9 ounces - Dried Tortellini
- 1 cups - Fresh Cream
Directions:
Set Instant Pot to sauté. Pour in the olive oil, add carrots, onion and chorizo. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add stock, water, seasoning, and tortellini. Turn off sauté. Stir, close lid and lock it.
Set to manual and adjust the time to 3 minutes. When done, wait 10 minutes and then do a manual pressure release.
Press sauté. Pour in the cream and spinach leaves; cook for about 2 minutes.
Serve warm.
