Hot Spiced Pecans

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - pecan halves
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  3. 3 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  4. 2 teaspoons - chili powder
  5. 1 teaspoons - curry powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - ground cloves
  7. 2 tablespoons - melted butter
  8. 1 teaspoons - Louisiana hot sauce
  9. 3 cups - pecan halves
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  11. 3 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  12. 2 teaspoons - chili powder
  13. 1 teaspoons - curry powder
  14. 1/2 teaspoons - ground cloves
  15. 2 tablespoons - melted butter
  16. 1 teaspoons - Louisiana hot sauce

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients until well blended. Add pecans, stirring until all are coated.

Stir in dry ingredients and toss well.

Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray, spread the pecans on the cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes, testing and stirring after 15 minutes.

Do not over bake.
