Ingredients:
- 50 grams - Dark Chocolate
- 50 grams - Butter
- 1/4 cups - Milk
- 3/4 cups - Refined Flour
- 1/2 cups - Powdered Sugar
- 2 tablespoons - Cocoa Powder
- 1 tablespoons - Milk Powder
- 1 tablespoons - Baking powder
- 4 drops - Vanilla Essence
- - Milk As Required
- 3 tablespoons - Walnuts and Almonds Chopped
- 1/2 cups - Fig Pulp Soaked for 3 to 4 hours
- 1/4 teaspoons - Coffee Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - Butter
- - Chocolate Sauce
Directions:
For Hot Brownie
In a microwave safe bowl, take dark chocolate, butter and milk and microwave for 30 seconds.
Now add, refined flour, powdered sugar and cocoa powder and mix properly.
Now add milk powder and milk (a little more milk then oven if making in microwave) and mix properly.
Now add baking powder, vanilla essence and nuts and make the batter.
Now add in a greased and dusted bowl, tap the bowl, garnish with nuts and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. Unmold after cooling down.
For Fig Sauce
In a pan, add fig pulp and coffee powder and cook for a while.
Now add butter and cook for 1 minute.
Serve brownie with sauce.
