Hot Beef Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Onion diced
  2. 1 tablespoons - Butter
  3. 1 cups - Milk
  4. 8 ounces - Cream cheese
  5. 1 jars - Dried Beef
  6. 3 ounces - Mushroom Pieces
  7. 1/4 cups - Parmesan Cheese
  8. 2 tablespoons - parsley chopped

Directions:

Saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in milk and cream cheese until well-blended. Add dried beef, mushrooms, parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve hot with crackers.
