Hershey's Cocoa Fudge

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - sugar
  2. 2/3 cups - cocoa
  3. - pinch of salt
  4. 1 1/2 cups - regular milk
  5. 1/2 sticks - butter or margarine
  6. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  7. 3 cups - sugar
  8. 2/3 cups - cocoa
  9. - pinch of salt
  10. 1 1/2 cups - regular milk
  11. 1/2 sticks - butter or margarine
  12. 1 teaspoons - vanilla

Directions:

Grease sides and bottom of large saucepan.

Mix sugar, cocoa, salt and milk in saucepan. Stir on medium-high until boiling. Reduce heat and cook (no stirring) until softball stage.

Remove from heat and put pan in cold water for about 10 minutes. Add butter or margarine and vanilla; stir until fudge loses gloss.

Pour into lightly greased pan.
