Notes:
Refrigerate leftover butter, it should keep for a few days. Use it to top potatoes and spread on baguette and toast under the broiler.

Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - boneless, skinless chicken breast butterflied
- 2 tablespoons - canola oil
- - salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 sticks - unsalted butter softened
- 1 tablespoons - garlic finely minced
- 2 tablespoons - red onion minced
- 1 tablespoons - fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - fresh ground pepper
- 1 dashes - worcestershire sauce
- 1 - lemon, juiced or bottled equivalent
- 1 tablespoons - white wine
Directions:
Whisk herb butter ingredients until mixed and refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat grill. Lightly coat chicken with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked. Meat should be solid white throughout. Remove from grill and immediately top with a spoonful of butter. Serve as butter is melting.
