Make sure the mint is not too much or it may change the taste of gravy. Only add a little turmeric powder to bring out the green color of gravy. You can make palak paneer, palak tikka with this gravy.

Ingredients:
- 1 pieces - Onion Boiled
- 250 grams - Coriander
- 10 leaves - Mint
- 4 pieces - Green Chilies
- 1 pieces - Ginger
- 8 pieces - Garlic
- 1/2 cups - Spinach Blanched
- 1 1/2 tablespoons - Cashews
- 2 tablespoons - Curd
- 1 1/2 tablespoons - Oil
- 1 tablespoons - Butter
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
- - Salt To Taste
- pinchs - Turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons - Cardamom Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - Nutmeg Powder
- - Water As Required
- 1/2 teaspoons - Kitchen king Masala
- 1 tablespoons - Kasuri Methi
- 2 tablespoons - Cream
- 1 tablespoons - Oil
- 1 tablespoons - Ghee
- 1 pieces - Big Cardamom
- 1 sticks - Cinnamon
- 2 pieces - Cardamom
- 3 pieces - Clove
- 4 pieces - Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoons - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 pieces - Capsicum Chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons - French Beans Boiled
- 50 grams - Green Peas Boiled
- 50 grams - Paneer Cubed
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 teaspoons - Garam Masala
- 1/4 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
- - Water As Required
- 1 cups - Cooked Rice
- 1 tablespoons - Coriander
- - Cheese
- - Coriander
Directions:
For Hariyali Paste
In a mixer jar, take boiled onions, coriander, mint and crush them.
Now in that paste, add green chilies, ginger, garlic, spinach and crush again.
Now add cashews and curd and churn again.
For Hariyali Gravy
Heat oil and butter in a pan.
Now add cumin seeds and let it roast.
Add the hariyali paste and saute.
Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, pepper, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and water.
Cook til water is burned and oil is separated.
Now add kitchen king masala, kasuri methi and cream and mix together. Switch off the gas.
For Pulao
Heat oil and ghee in a pan.
Add big cardamom, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, black peppercorn and cumin seeds.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
Add capsicum and saute.
Add french beans, peas and paneer and saute.
Now on low flame, add salt, garam masala, cumin powder, pepper and mix together.
Add water and mix together.
Now add hariyali gravy and cook together.
Now add rice, coriander and mix together.
Now on closed lid, let it cook for a while.
Serve hot. Garnish with Cheese and coriander.
