    Make sure the mint is not too much or it may change the taste of gravy. Only add a little turmeric powder to bring out the green color of gravy. You can make palak paneer, palak tikka with this gravy.

Ingredients:

  2. 250 grams - Coriander
  3. 10 leaves - Mint
  4. 4 pieces - Green Chilies
  5. 1 pieces - Ginger
  6. 8 pieces - Garlic
  7. 1/2 cups - Spinach Blanched
  8. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Cashews
  9. 2 tablespoons - Curd
  10. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Oil
  11. 1 tablespoons - Butter
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
  13. - Salt To Taste
  14. pinchs - Turmeric
  15. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
  16. 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  17. 1/4 teaspoons - Cardamom Powder
  18. 1/4 teaspoons - Nutmeg Powder
  19. - Water As Required
  20. 1/2 teaspoons - Kitchen king Masala
  21. 1 tablespoons - Kasuri Methi
  22. 2 tablespoons - Cream
  23. 1 tablespoons - Oil
  24. 1 tablespoons - Ghee
  25. 1 pieces - Big Cardamom
  26. 1 sticks - Cinnamon
  27. 2 pieces - Cardamom
  28. 3 pieces - Clove
  29. 4 pieces - Black Pepper
  30. 1 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
  31. 1/2 teaspoons - Ginger Garlic Paste
  32. 1 pieces - Capsicum Chopped
  33. 1 1/2 tablespoons - French Beans Boiled
  34. 50 grams - Green Peas Boiled
  35. 50 grams - Paneer Cubed
  36. - Salt To Taste
  37. 1 teaspoons - Garam Masala
  38. 1/4 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
  39. 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  40. - Water As Required
  41. 1 cups - Cooked Rice
  42. 1 tablespoons - Coriander
  43. - Cheese
  44. - Coriander

Directions:

For Hariyali Paste
In a mixer jar, take boiled onions, coriander, mint and crush them.
Now in that paste, add green chilies, ginger, garlic, spinach and crush again.
Now add cashews and curd and churn again.

For Hariyali Gravy
Heat oil and butter in a pan.
Now add cumin seeds and let it roast.
Add the hariyali paste and saute.
Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, pepper, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and water.
Cook til water is burned and oil is separated.
Now add kitchen king masala, kasuri methi and cream and mix together. Switch off the gas.

For Pulao
Heat oil and ghee in a pan.
Add big cardamom, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, black peppercorn and cumin seeds.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
Add capsicum and saute.
Add french beans, peas and paneer and saute.
Now on low flame, add salt, garam masala, cumin powder, pepper and mix together.
Add water and mix together.
Now add hariyali gravy and cook together.
Now add rice, coriander and mix together.
Now on closed lid, let it cook for a while.

Serve hot. Garnish with Cheese and coriander.
