  1. 1/4 cups - habb al hamra seeds
  2. 1/2 cups - water
  3. 4 cups - milk
  4. 2 tablespoons - custard powder
  5. 2 tablespoons - condensed milk
  6. 4 tablespoons - sugar
  7. 1 pinchs - saffron


Soak the haba hamra seeds in warm water.

In a pan, boil the mix with the milk. Reserve 2 tablespoons of milk and mix in the custard powder.

Once the milk starts to boil, stir in condensed milk and custard liquid and let it boil, reduce the heat and stir for a few minutes.

Add soaked red seeds. Cook for 5 minutes. Now it is ready to serve.
