Guacamole - simply the best

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - seeded, diced tomato
  2. 1/4 cups - minced onion
  3. 1/4 cups - finely chopped cilantro leaves
  4. 2 - avocados diced
  5. 2 tablespoons - fresh lime juice
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  7. - flour tortillas optional, for making baked chips

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together except flour tortillas and chill.

Serve with baked tortilla chips: Cut flour tortillas into 8 wedges each; bake in single layer at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp.
