Ingredients:
- 2 cloves - large garlic cloves
- 1/3 cups - Almonds
- 1/2 cups - 1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro
- 2 tablespoons - 1 Tbs EVOO
- 1 tablespoons - red wine vinegar
- 5 - small tomatillos chopped
- 1 pounds - seedless green grapes
- 3 cups - water
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - sour cream or yogurt for serving (optional)
Directions:
Combine garlic, almonds, cilantro, oil and vinegar in food processor and blend till almost a puree. Add tomatillos and 1 1/2 cups of water and blend until tomatillos are coarsely chopped. Pour out most of this mixture into a large bowl. Add remaining water and and grapes to food processor and blend till chopped finely but not purees. Add to bowl with the tomatillo blend, combine . Chill.
