Greek Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - drained tuna
  2. 1/4 cups - chopped fresh dill
  3. 1/4 cups - crumbled feta
  4. 1/4 cups - chopped red onion
  5. 2 tablespoons - chopped capers
  6. 1/4 cups - extra virgin olive oil
  7. 2 teaspoons - lemon zest
  8. 1 tablespoons - lemon juice

Directions:

Mix together the olive oil, lemon zest and lemon juice and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together the tuna, dill, feta, red onion and capers.

Stir in the olive oil mixture until thoroughly combined.
