Number of Servings:
Directions:
1. Pour 2 cans of cherry pie filling (or any flavor you like) into a 9x13 pan.
2. Cover filling with 2 boxes of Jiffy cake mix ( Grandpa always used Jiffy but, honestly, you can use
any white or yellow cake mix).
3. Cover cake mix with 2 sticks of butter, cut into about 10 pieces each. Just scatter all over the top.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 35 to 40 minutes (or until crust is browned nicely).
5. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!
If you want to make in a smaller cake pan, like a square, you can just halve everything.
