Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 teaspoons - Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - Garam Masala
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - Carom Seeds
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
  5. 1 tablespoons - Oil
  6. - Water As Required
  7. 1 tablespoons - Oil
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - Mustard Seeds
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
  10. pinchs - Carom Seeds
  11. 1/2 teaspoons - Fennel Seeds
  12. 1 leaves - Bayleaf
  13. 1 pieces - Dry Red Chili
  14. 1 pieces - Big Cardamom
  15. 1 pieces - Star Anise
  16. 1/4 teaspoons - Asafoetida
  17. 3/4 cups - Cooked Rice
  18. - Salt To Taste
  19. 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
  20. 1/2 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  21. 1/2 teaspoons - Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
  22. 1/2 teaspoons - Garam Masala
  23. 1/2 cups - Besan
  24. - Salt To Taste
  25. 1/2 teaspoons - Chili Powder

Directions:

For Gatta
In a bowl, mix besan, salt, chili powder, coriander cumin seeds powder, garam masala, carom seeds and turmeric powder.
Now keep adding water and make a stiff dough. Add oil and soften.
Rest for 5 to 7 minutes.
Now on a rolling board, spread oil, with the dough prepare rolls.
Now cook this roll by adding in boiled water. (When the rolls come up on water they are cooked)
When on room temperature, slice the gattas.

For Rice
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, carom seeds, fennel seeds, bayleaf, dry red chili, big cardamom, star anise, clove, asafoetida and gattas and saute.
Now add rice and mix well.
Now add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander cumin seeds powder and garam masala and mix well.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
