Garlic & Herb Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Flour
  2. 1 tablespoons - McCormick Perfect Pinch Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  3. 1 pounds - Thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  4. 2 tablespoons - Oil
  5. 1 cups - Chicken broth
  6. 1 tablespoons - Lemon juice
  7. 1 tablespoons - Fresh parsley Chopped

Directions:

MIX flour & Seasoning in shallow dish. Reserve 1 T. Moisten chicken lightly w/ water. Coat evenly w/ remaining flour mixture.

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add 1/2 of the chicken; cook 3 min. per side or until golden brown. Repeat w/ remaining chicken , adding addl. oil if needed. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm.

MIX broth, lemon juice & reserved flour mixture. Add to skillet; bring to boil, stirring to release browned bits in skillet. Stirring frequently, cook 5 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened. Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
