Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - butter or margarine
  2. 2 cups - brown sugar
  3. 1/4 cups - milk or cream
  4. 3 cups - icing sugar
  5. 1 cups - walnuts
  6. - vanilla
  7. 1 cups - butter or margarine
  8. 2 cups - brown sugar
  9. 1/4 cups - milk or cream
  10. 3 cups - icing sugar
  11. 1 cups - walnuts
  12. - vanilla

Directions:

1. Mel butter and add sugar. Stir 2-3 minutes just browning. Remove from heat.
2. Add milk and stir. Return to heat and bring to a full boil, briefly, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and add icing sugar. Beat until creamy. Add vanilla and nuts.
