Ingredients:
- 2 cans - Pillsbury Crescent sheets or rolls
- 4 - peaches peeled and sliced into fourths (16 pieces)
- 1 cups - butter
- 1 1/2 cups - sugar
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
- 1 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
- 1 cans - 12 oz. Mountain Dew
- 1 cups - chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F; lightly butter a 13-x-9-inch baking dish.
2. To use the crescent sheets, spread out flat and then cut each sheet into 8 sections. Place one slice of peach onto each section and then seal completely. Line the dumplings in the prepared pan.
3. In a medium size sauce pan, heat butter, sugar and cinnamon together until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved; remove from heat and add Mountain Dew and vanilla. Pour over dumplings and then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
4. Bake uncovered approximately 35 to 40 minutes; best served warm with vanilla ice cream.
