Fluffy Cheesecake (at Easter)

Ingredients:

  1. - ingredients for graham cracker crust
  2. 1 pounds - cottage cheese
  3. 1 pounds - cream cheese
  4. 1 1/2 cups - sugar
  5. 4 - eggs beaten
  6. 1 teaspoons - lemon juice
  7. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  8. 3 tablespoons - cornstarch
  9. 3 tablespoons - flour
  10. 1 sticks - butter melted
  11. 1 pints - sour cream

Directions:

Prepare graham cracker crust and place in pan, bringing up sides of pan or it leaks when cooling.

Line oven with foil.

Cream together cottage cheese and cream cheese. Add sugar.

Add eggs, then lemon juice, then vanilla, then cornstarch and flour; mixing well with each addition.

Add melted butter and blend in sour cream.

Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour; let cool in oven for 2 hours.
