Flourless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Water
  2. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  3. 3/4 cups - Sugar
  4. 18 ounces - Bittersweet chocolate
  5. 1 cups - Butter
  6. 6 - Eggs
  7. 1/2 cups - Water
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  9. 3/4 cups - Sugar
  10. 18 ounces - Bittersweet chocolate
  11. 1 cups - Butter
  12. 6 - Eggs

Directions:

Preheat 300. Grease 10 inch round spring form pan. In a small saucepan combine water, salt, sugar. Stir well until completely dissolved. Set aside
Melt chocolate in microwave. Pour into mixing bowl. Cut butter into pieces and beat butter into chocolate 1 piece at at a time. Beat in sugar water. Slowly add 1 egg at a time. Mixture will get light and fluffy.
Pour batter into pan. Put pan into pan with water in oven. Bake for 45 min. Chill cake overnight.
