Ingredients:
- 2 cups - White sauce
- 3 tablespoons - Dry onion minced
- 7 ounces - Tuna drained (1 can)
- 2/3 cups - Shrimp
- 8 ounces - Mushrooms can; drained
- 1 cans - Chow mein noodles
- 1 cups - Cheddar cheese shredded
- 10 - Ripe olives sliced
- 7 ounces - Crab 1 can; drained
- 3 - Hard boiled eggs sliced
- - Potato chips crushed
Directions:
Cook white sauce (see separate recipe). Add cheese until melted. Add onion and olives.
Spray 2 quart casserole. Mix seafood. Make 1 layer with half. Layer half eggs sliced. Layer half mushrooms. Pour half sauce over 1st layer. Repeat for 2nd layer.
May add 1 cup chopped celery and 1 can sliced water chestnuts if desired.
Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
