Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Broken Wheat Boiled
- 1/2 cups - Onion Sauted
- 1 tablespoons - Garlic Sauted
- 1/2 cups - Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 cups - Coriander
- 1/4 teaspoons - Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
- 3 tablespoons - Bread Crumbs
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Olive Oil
- 1/2 tablespoons - Onion Chopped
- 1 tablespoons - Garlic Chopped
- - Salt To Taste
- 1/2 cups - Spinach Blanched
- 1/2 cups - Kabuli Chana Boiled and Crushed
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Chilli Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - Walnuts Chopped
- 1 teaspoons - Pomegranate Molasses
- 1/4 cups - Cheese Grated
- 1/2 cups - Red Capsicum Roasted and diced
- 1/4 cups - Walnuts Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Fresh Red Chillies Soaked and churned into a paste
- 1 teaspoons - Tomato Ketchup
- 1 teaspoons - Pomegranate Molasses
- - Salt To Taste
- - Oil To Fry
- - Lettuce
- - Salad
- - Walnuts
- - Pomegranate Seeds
Directions:
Heat Oil to Fry.
Take a mixture Jar and add Fada, Onions, Garlic, Pumpkin, Coriander, and other masalas and lemon juice and churn it.
Now take it in a bowl and add coriander, bread crumbs and salt and mix it all. Keep it on rest.
Heat oil in a pan. Add Onion, Garlic and salt and saute.
Now add spinach, kabuli chana, other masala, walnuts and molasses and mix. Now add cheese.
Now make kebabs with stuffing. Give it a torpedo shape.
Now fry them on fast flame.
For Muhammara Dip
In a mixture jar, add red capsicum, walnuts, cumin powder, red chilli paste, tomato ketchup, molasses and salt and churn it.
Now add walnuts in it.
Serve kebab with muhammara dip (garnish with walnuts and pomegranate seeds) and salad.
