Eggs Cocette Loraine

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - eggs
  2. 3 slices - bacon
  3. 3 slices - Gruyere cheese (thin slices) halved
  4. 1 cups - heavy cream
  5. - salt and pepper

Directions:

Cut bacon into pieces, and fry. Crumble into 6 individual custards.

Line each dish with 1/2 slice of cheese. Place a spoonful of cream into each dish.

Break a fresh egg into each one. Top with a spoonful of cream, and season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 6 minutes until just set.
