Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 1 jars - (26 to 28 ounces) Spaghetti Sauce (I use the Garlic and Herb canned sauce)
- 1 packages - (25 to 27 1/2 ounce) frozen cheese-filled ravioli
- 2 cups - of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons - grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packages - fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 packages - fresh spinach
- 1 packages - turkey kielbasa or sausage (sliced)
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9x2 rectangular baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Spread about 3/4 cup of the sauce on bottom of baking dish
3. Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in single layer over sauce. Add any additional items you want to add. For the adults I add spinach, mushrooms and kielbasa.
4. Top with about a cup of spaghetti sauce and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese
5. Add the rest of the frozen ravioli's top with the rest of the sauce and mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil: bake uncovered for another 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly and hot in the center.
7. Let it stand for 10 minutes before serving.
