Ingredients:

  1. - Maida Atta Prepared
  2. - Ghee As Required
  3. - Maida To apply on roti and ataman
  4. - Oil As Required and for frying
  5. 1 teaspoons - Oil
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
  7. 1 cups - White Peas Boiled
  8. 1 pieces - Potato Boiled and mashed
  9. 3 tablespoons - Green Paste 1/2 Coriander and 1/2 Mint, Ginger, Green Chillies, Lemon Juice and Salt is churned together
  10. - Salt As Required
  11. 1 tablespoons - Panipuri Masala
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  13. - Prepared Dhakai Puri
  14. - Prepared Ragada
  15. - Sweet Chutney
  16. - Coriander Chutney
  17. - Garlic and Red Chilli Chutney
  18. - Sev
  19. - Onions Chopped
  20. - Coriander Chopped
  21. - Chaat Masala

Directions:

For Dhakai Puri
Make a Maida Roti.
Apply ghee and maida on it.
Now make one pizza cut on it and make a cone from the roti. Close the cone.
Now of the prepared cone, cut the narrower part and dip the wider part in oil.
Rest the cones.

Now press the cone with hand and roll them gently.
Now in heated oil, keep the puri on the frying spoon and with another spoon dip oil on the puri until the layers start showing.
Fry till pink.

For Ragada
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds.
Add Peas, Potato, green paste, salt and masalas and cook properly.
Now rest the ragada till room temperature.

For Assembling
Take the dhakai puri, crush the opening. Add ragada, chutneys and other ingredients.
Serve immediately.
