Deer Camp Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  1. 2 teaspoons - chili powder
  2. 1 teaspoons - ground cumin
  3. 1 teaspoons - pepper
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - white pepper
  5. 1 pounds - venison tenderloin cut into 1/2 in pieces
  6. 3 tablespoons - vegetable oil

Directions:

Combine all seasonings and place in a shallow pan. Coat slices of tenderloin with the mix. Heat oil in a cast iron skillet. Cook tenderloin pieces until meat is well-browned, turning slices over once.
