Dallas Petroleum Club Quiche

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - eggs
  2. 1 pints - light cream
  3. 1/4 cups - dry Vermouth
  4. 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
  5. 1/2 cups - chopped onion sauteed
  6. 1 1/2 pounds - king crab meat coarsely chopped
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - dry mustard
  8. 1/8 teaspoons - cayenne (red) pepper
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  10. 1 pinchs - white pepper
  11. 1 teaspoons - dried chopped parsley
  12. 1 - pie pastry
  13. 1/2 pounds - grated Swiss cheese

Directions:

Lightly beat the eggs with cream, Vermouth, and lemon juice.

Mix in all remaining ingredients (except Swiss cheese) and pour into pie shell.

Sprinkle grated Swiss cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
