Ingredients:
- 3 cups - milk
- 3 cups - half-and-half
- 1 1/2 cups - white chocolate baking pieces
- 6 - chai tea bags
- 2 teaspoons - vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 ounces - brandy optional, for adults
- - whipped cream and cinnamon optional, for topping
Directions:
In a 4-quart slow cooker, stir together the milk, half-and-half and white chocolate pieces.
Cover and cook on LOW heat for 4 to 5 hours OR on High heat for 2 to 2-1/2 hours, stirring once halfway through.
Add the tea bags to the slow cooker and allow to steep, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove tea bags and stir in vanilla extract. If desired, add about 3/4 ounces of brandy to each adult serving.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a special touch.
