Crockpot Split Pea Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - Dried Split Peas rinsed
  2. 1 - Ham Bone
  3. 3 - Carrots sliced
  4. 2 - Onion chopped
  5. 2 stalks - Celery plus leaves chopped
  6. 2 cloves - Garlic minced
  7. 1 - Bay Leaf
  8. 1 tablespoons - Seasoned Salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  10. 1 1/2 quarts - Hot Water
  11. 1 packages - Dried Split Peas rinsed
  12. 1 - Ham Bone
  13. 3 - Carrots sliced
  14. 2 - Onion chopped
  15. 2 stalks - Celery plus leaves chopped
  16. 2 cloves - Garlic minced
  17. 1 - Bay Leaf
  18. 1 tablespoons - Seasoned Salt
  19. 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  20. 1 1/2 quarts - Hot Water

Directions:

Layer ingredients in crockpot , pour in water. DO NOT STIR. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or low 6 to 8 hours until peas are soft and ham falls off bone.Remove bone and bay leaf.
