- 1 pounds - unsalted butter at room temperature
- 12 ounces - rolled oats quick oats work, too
- 12 ounces - all purpose flour
- 2 pounds - brown sugar

Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter, and flour in a large bowl. Mix in oats. Do not overmix, and do not allow butter to melt. Store in airtight container in the freezer, or use immediately.
