  1. 2 pounds - brown sugar
  2. 1 pounds - unsalted butter at room temperature
  3. 12 ounces - rolled oats quick oats work, too
  4. 12 ounces - all purpose flour
  5. 2 pounds - brown sugar
  6. 1 pounds - unsalted butter at room temperature
  7. 12 ounces - rolled oats quick oats work, too
  8. 12 ounces - all purpose flour

Directions:

Combine brown sugar, butter, and flour in a large bowl. Mix in oats. Do not overmix, and do not allow butter to melt. Store in airtight container in the freezer, or use immediately.
