Ingredients:
- 1 cups - Butter
- 1 pounds - Ham
- 1/2 pounds - Smoked sausage
- 1/2 pounds - Hot sausage
- 1 pounds - Shrimp
- 4 whole - Crabs
- 1 whole - Large onion Diced
- 1 cloves - Garlic
- 1 tablespoons - Parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons - Flour
- 2 tablespoons - N'awlins Creole Mild & Spicy Spices
- 1 pints - Oysters and oyster liquid
- 2 tablespoons - N'awlins File
Directions:
1. Fry onions in butter until light brown. Add garlic and flour. Fry until flour is deep, dark brown. Add spices, parsley flakes, smoked sausage and ham.
2. In large pot add flour mixture, meats, crabs and fill pot with water. Cook for approximately 2 hours. Add shrimp when mixture is almost done.
3. Serve over rice.
