Creme De Menthe Squares

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - sugar
  2. 1 sticks - butter
  3. 4 - eggs beaten
  4. 1 cups - flour
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  7. 16 ounces - Hershey's chocolate syrup (1 can)
  8. 2 cups - 10x sugar sifted
  9. 1 sticks - butter
  10. 2 tablespoons - creme-de-menthe
  11. 6 ounces - chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  12. 6 tablespoons - butter scant
  13. 1 cups - sugar
  14. 1 sticks - butter
  15. 4 - eggs beaten
  16. 1 cups - flour
  17. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  18. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  19. 16 ounces - Hershey's chocolate syrup (1 can)
  20. 2 cups - 10x sugar sifted
  21. 1 sticks - butter
  22. 2 tablespoons - creme-de-menthe
  23. 6 ounces - chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  24. 6 tablespoons - butter scant

Directions:

Cake layer:
Mix all together. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool.

Mint layer:
Mix mint layer ingredients together. Spread over cooled cake.

Glaze layer:
Mix and melt glaze ingredients together. Cool a bit. Then spread over mint layer. Chill 5-10 minutes, then cut into small squares.
