Creamy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 3 tablespoons - Margarine
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - Onion Powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  4. 1 teaspoons - Corn Syrup
  5. 3 tablespoons - Flour
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - White Pepper
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 1/2 cups - Chicken Broth
  9. 1 1/2 cups - Water
  10. 3/4 cups - Cooked Veggies
  11. 1 pints - Half-and-Half
  12. - Fresh Parsley
  13. 3 tablespoons - Margarine
  14. 1/2 teaspoons - Onion Powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  16. 1 teaspoons - Corn Syrup
  17. 3 tablespoons - Flour
  18. 1/4 teaspoons - White Pepper
  19. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  20. 1/2 cups - Chicken Broth
  21. 1 1/2 cups - Water
  22. 3/4 cups - Cooked Veggies
  23. 1 pints - Half-and-Half
  24. - Fresh Parsley

Directions:

In a 3-quart sauce pot, melt margarine. Add onion powder, garlic powder and corn syrup. Simmer 1 minute.

Stir in flour. Add white pepper, salt, chicken broth, water, and vegetables. Simmer 3 minutes.

Add half-and-half. Simmer until desired consistency, stirring constantly. Do not allow the soup to come to a boil.

Garnish soup with chopped parsley and serve.
