Creamy Baked Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 containers - Frozen Blueberries
  2. 1 1/4 cups - Graham Cracker Crumbs
  3. 1/4 cups - Sugar
  4. 1/3 cups - Melted Butter
  5. 2 packages - Cream Cheese; softened (8 ounces)
  6. 1 cans - Sweetened Condensed Milk
  7. 3 - Eggs
  8. 1/4 cups - Lemon Juice
  9. 1 containers - Sour Cream (8 ounces)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 Degrees. In a baking dish, combine Graham Cracker Crumbs, sugar, & Butter. Press firmly on the bottom of the baking dish, & against the edges to form the crust. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually, beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs & lemon Juice; mix well & pour into the baking dish. Bake 50-55 minutes, or until center is set. After cheesecake cools, top w/ blueberries, & refrigerate.
