Cranberry Loaf

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - cranberries
  2. 1 cups - sugar
  3. 1 - egg
  4. 1/4 cups - butter
  5. 2 cups - flour
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
  7. 2 teaspoons - baking powder
  8. 3/4 cups - orange juice
  9. 2 teaspoons - to 3 tsp. grated orange rind
  10. 1/2 cups - chopped walnuts and cranberries

Directions:

Beat together sugar, egg and butter.

Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder together. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture, alternating with orange juice and grated orange rind.

Add walnuts and cranberries.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
