Crab Puffs or Broiled Crab Meltaways

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - 6 English muffins split and cut into fourths (8 pieces)
  2. 1/2 pounds - crab meat (lump crab meat) OR one 7 oz. can
  3. 1 sticks - butter
  4. 1 jars - 7 oz. Old English Sharp Cheddar
  5. 2 tablespoons - mayonnaise
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - garlic salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - seasoned salt

  11. 1 jars - 7 oz. Old English Sharp Cheddar
  12. 2 tablespoons - mayonnaise
  13. 1/2 teaspoons - garlic salt
  14. 1/2 teaspoons - seasoned salt

Directions:

Mix crab meat, butter, cheddar, mayonnaise and seasonings together.

Spread on English muffins and arrange on cookie sheets.

MUST freeze them at least 30 minutes; may be kept in freezer for weeks.

Broil until they puff up and are bubbly. Do in toaster oven.
