Ingredients:
- 1 cloves - garlic crushed
- 1 sprigs - fresh rosemary (OR 1 Tbsp dried rosemary, crushed)
- 1 tablespoons - capers
- 6 - boneless pork loin chops
- 1 tablespoons - butter
- 1 tablespoons - olive oil
- 1 tablespoons - flour
- 4 ounces - apple cider
- 2 ounces - water
- - salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Pound loin chops to about 1/4 inch thick.
Melt butter with olive oil in an oven proof pan. Brown cutlets quickly and remove from pan and set aside.
Add flour to the pan and cook, stirring often until flour is golden. Remove from heat and whisk in cider and water. Return to heat and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Return browned cutlets to the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add garlic and rosemary.
Cover pan and cook in oven at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Add capers to sauce, stir and serve.
