Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - OR 1 box of frozen shoepeg corn
  2. 2 - avocados cubed
  3. 1/2 cups - chopped red onion (or less, to taste)
  4. 1 tablespoons - sugar
  5. 2 tablespoons - to 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons - dry mustard
  8. - dash of salsa

Directions:

Cook corn and then mix everything together.

Serve with dippers for your guest's enjoyment.
