Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Canned Creamed Corn
  2. 1 cups - Milk
  3. 1 1/2 cups - Flour
  4. 2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  5. 3/4 teaspoons - Salt
  6. 1 whole - Egg

Directions:

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl combine corn and egg; add to dry mix. Add enough milk to make pancake batter consistency. Pour batter onto heated greased griddle in 3-inch rounds and cook like traditional pancake.
