Cool Whip replacement

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Whipping Cream cold
  2. 2 tablespoons - Powdered Sugar
  3. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla

Directions:

Place metal mixing bowl in freezer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add whipping cream and powdered sugar to the bowl and whip on medium high for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla and whip until combined. Store covered in the fridge, Will keep fluffy for about 3 days.
Makes about 4 cups of whipped topping.
